Project Manager

Greater Los Angeles, CA (preferred).  Office is in Manhattan Beach.

The Project Manager will be responsible for :

1.  Managing IndoorVu projects.

  • Creating schedules for data collection, processing and delivery

  • Managing the field and data processing teams related to schedules and deliverables

  • Design and manage the QA/QC process for collection and processing efforts

  • Responsible for writing and maintaining the technical manuals and for establishing clear quality standards (ISO-9000)

2.  Supporting the Sales team with new sales meetings and existing customer support

  • Helping develop and support sales meeting product demos
  • Communicating with Sales and Account teams for the delivery of contracted scope

3.  Supporting the Product development team

  • Helping document product requirements coming from the sales and marketing team.
  • Helping identify requirements and scope new tools related to the collection and processing workflows

  • Working with Product and Engineering team to prioritize new product requirements into the development roadmap.

Qualifications (preferred, but not all required):

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with GIS and CAD data in indoor environments and is comfortable in a leadership role. Responsibilities will include communicating with internal data providers and clients as well as internal team members and end-clients.  Experiencing using project management software is required and familiarity with basic scripting in python and/or javascript is preferred. IndoorVu is a small and quickly growing company, the candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.

Specifically, the candidate will have:

  • Strong project management experience  
  • Experience implementing QA / QC and process flow standards (ISO-9000 experience a plus)    
  • Experience creating 2D/3D models from point clouds in GIS and/or AutoCAD/Revit a plus
  • Basic scripting in python and/or javascript skills a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and be self-directed while collaborating closely with a very diverse team
  • Strong interpersonal, creative and technical design skills

Type of Employment:

  • Full-time 40+ hours per week
  • Little Expected Travel
  • Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000, dependent on experience

Revit Designer

Greater Los Angeles, CA (preferred).  Office is in Manhattan Beach.

A Revit Designer will be responsible for :

The candidate should be comfortable creating 3D and 2D architectural models at varying levels of detail. Responsibilities will include defining model structures as well as working as part of the team creating the models for a variety of building types.  Experiencing using Point Clouds within Revit is preferred. In addition the candidate will be responsible for contributing to the documentation of methods and quality-control for deliverables. IndoorVu is a small and quickly growing company, the Candidate must be able to thrive in a face paced, self directed environment.   

 Qualifications (preferred, but not all required):

  • Strong experience with Revit and AutoCAD  
  • Experience in producing architectural/construction drawing sets    

  • Experience creating 3D models from point clouds

  • Generate 2D drawings including: plans, sections, elevations and details

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and be self-directed while collaborating closely with a very diverse team

  • Strong creative and technical design skills

  • Portfolio submission is recommended for consideration

Type of Employment:

  • Part-time 15-25 hours per week, with opportunity to move to full time
